Classes are running Mondays 8am (Yoga) and 9am (Pilates) starting 13th December.
Pilates is a low impact physical fitness system with an emphasis on breath and core strength. It is designed to increase body awareness, improves posture, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels and ability.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including
postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation 🧘♀️
